Funlola is a Business Manager in BP’s European Trading & Shipping division, operating as Chief of Staff to the Regional Business Head. Before HBS, she spent time as an oil trader at Morgan Stanley, and post b-school had a brief stint as Country Manager of Rocket Internet’s startup Jumia in Ghana. At HBS, Funlola harnessed her interest in entrepreneurship and digital innovation, and spends her spare time investing in high-potential startups in West Africa.
Sean helped start Lyra Health during his EC year and he currently leads Lyra's enterprise partnerships team. Lyra Health has raised over $175M in venture funding to provide tech-enabled mental health services and partners with companies including Facebook, Starbucks, and Morgan Stanley. Sean completed a joint MBA/MPP degree at HBS and HKS and spent his summers working at Castlight Health and The White House's National Economic Council. Prior to HBS, Sean worked at The Brookings Institution's Health Care Reform Center and Khulisa Management Services.
Yaffit is a marketing and strategy expert. She’s the CEO of Nooar, a direct-to-consumer luxury fashion brand, and a marketing consultant specializing in brand and digital marketing. Prior to HBS, Yaffit worked for ZARA, managed the consumer product category for Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances, and worked for Unilever on the Global Brand Development team for Dove Hair. Yaffit's expertise is in growth marketing and strategy, with an emphasis on digital implementation and rebranding.
Michael is co-founder and CEO of RapidSOS, an advanced emergency technology company that links 350M+ connected devices to 911/first responders in an emergency – supporting over 250M emergencies annually. Michael’s personal experiences with the challenges of emergency communication led him to found RapidSOS in 2013. Today RapidSOS provides advanced emergency connectivity for most of the largest technology platforms in the world. Michael has been featured across national media including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Newsweek, Time, CNN, CBS, Fox News, TechCrunch, Forbes, Wired, MIT Technology Review, USA Today, etc. Michael holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he received the R.F. Jasse Distinguished Award in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. In 2017, Michael topped the Forbes 30 Under 30 Healthcare list.
Giuseppe is the Digital Director of the State of New Jersey Office of Innovation. Prior to joining the state, Giuseppe was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. After HBS, he joined the United States Digital Service, a startup based in the White House, where he used technology to improve service delivery at the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Giuseppe graduated from Boston University and started his career with Unilever.
