Vanessa Royle is the co-founder and CEO of Tilden, the maker of premium nonalcoholic cocktails, which she founded while earning her MBA at Harvard Business School. Prior to this, Vanessa managed executive, policy, crisis, and product communications at tech unicorn, Cloudflare, which went public in 2019. Before working at Cloudflare, Vanessa worked for three years at Public Relations agency Waggener Edstrom, where she worked for clients including Microsoft, GameStop, and Siemens. She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Originally from San Jose, CA and currently living in Santa Barbara, CA, she enjoys hiking (her most recent was the O Circuit in Patagonia), baking decadent confections, and taking polar bear plunges in the Pacific Ocean.
