Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 3:00 PM until 3:45 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

Moving from the West Coast to the East Coast can come with many questions. Hear from recent alumni about their decision to make that move and spend two years at HBS and how it helped them develop both personally and professionally. Below are the alumni who you will hear from.

Cathy Han (MBA 2020) is the Co-founder of 42 Technologies, a Y Combinator-backed big data company. 42’s software platform uses machine learning and statistical analysis to help retailers such as AllSaints, The Frye Company, and Rebecca Minkoff grow revenue and optimize assortment. 42 was selected as one of the top 3 companies for the first ever LVMH Innovation Award. Prior to 42, Cathy worked at Procter & Gamble on growth strategy. Cathy is a recipient of Forbes 30 Under 30 and holds a BCom from the University of British Columbia & MBA from Harvard Business School.

Before attending HBS, Camille (MBA 2020) worked for The Walt Disney Company in a rotation program on projects involving new product development, strategic planning, geographic expansion, and finance. Camille also interned before school at The VOID, a VR startup, and this past summer worked for TripAdvisor as a Product Manager. Camille is originally from Los Angeles and graduated from Princeton in 2015 with a degree in Economics.

While at HBS, Camille was a Co-President of the West Coast Club and a member of Tech Club leadership team. This summer, Camille will be working on her startup Socially Senior, a digital community for seniors to combat social isolation and loneliness, as part of the Rock Summer Fellows program.

Leo (MBA 2020) is a product manager at Snap Inc. Together with his team, he builds creative and fun experiences to grow Snapchat’s user base. Before Snap, he worked at Thumbtack, an online marketplace for local services, and Bain & Company in their San Francisco office. Leo obtained his BS from Cornell University and MBA from Harvard Business School. In his personal life, Leo is a loving dog dad, crossfitter, and sourdough-baker.
