Peek into Business Careers for Science Students

Monday, September 29, 2025 at 8:00 PM until 9:45 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

A one-night virtual event designed specifically for physical and life science majors exploring their next step.

    Overview

Many science students plan for research, grad school, or clinical training, often as part of a pre-med track. Some may already be considering roles in healthcare or biotech. But science skills can also lead to less expected paths – in fields like product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship.

    Who Should Attend

This free one-night only session is designed for undergraduates in physical and life sciences who want to explore how their academic background can lead to a broader range of career paths – including those that intersect with business and innovation.

    What to Expect

    In this session, you will:

    • Experience the HBS case method through a real-world business scenario designed to put your scientific thinking to the test.
    • Hear from current students and alumni who have used their science degrees to launch careers in strategy, operations, product development, and more.
    • Get practical advice on how to leverage your scientific background – whether you’re pursuing research, grad school, or exploring how your skills can open doors in business.

Whether you’re actively planning your next steps, or just starting to explore, this session will help you think more clearly, and more creatively, about where science can take you.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
