Prior to HBS, he co-founded Afairi, an AI-powered InsurTech startup where he led go-to-market efforts, and worked at McKinsey & Company. Originally from Austria, Jakob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and serves as a Reserves Officer in the Austrian Armed Forces.
