    Panelists:


    Cathryn Hart is a current MS/MBA in Engineering at HBS, Cathryn is passionate about the Energy Industry. She started her career working in the oil field with Pioneer Natural Resources. Since then, she has held roles in Operations, Product Management, and Strategy & Business Development. This summer, she is interning with an energy-focused private equity firm in Houston, TX. Outside of work, she loves hiking and travel (>50 countries and counting!). She graduated from MIT in 2018 with a double major in Chemical Engineering and Writing. 






    Rohan Shah is a current first-year candidate in the MS/MBA Life Sciences: Biotechnology program at the Harvard Business School. Previously, he was a member of the investment team at ARCH Venture Partners where he assisted early-stage portfolio companies and participated in direct investments. He started his career at Loxo @ Lilly where he supported the management team across discovery strategy and business development in oncology drug development. He received his A.B. in Molecular Biology and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Princeton University.
